Main missions- Defining the conditions of application of the company’s commercial policy at the level of the Textile department;
- Assortment tracking;
- Commercial animation (promotional activity, marketing, etc.);
- Store Asset Management;
- Commodity management;
- Analysis and monitoring of budget trends (turnover, margins, consumables, etc.);
- Team management.
Profile wanted
- Bac+5 training
- A proven experience of more than 8 years as a textile store manager or as a textile department manager
- Ability to monitor and assist the execution of implementation plans
- Ability to organize product inventory management
- Ability to conduct negotiations and follow procedures
- Customer Service Orientation, Leadership, Initiative & Responsiveness, interpersonal and communication skills and development of others as well as team management
- Ability to manage the performance (reporting) of the activity within its scope and monitor the indicators
